The time it will take to receive your order = processing time + shipping time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances.) Please allow up to 5 days for us to handle, inspect and process your order. Once shipped most orders to US & Canada will generally take 3-10 days to arrive, depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

*It is difficult to predict exact international delivery times due to customs regulations and delays in the individual countries. As a result, it has been our experience that most International parcels arrive on average within 15 to 20 business days. Some countries may experience longer than usual delivery times due to rigorous Custom inspections in their home country, and may take 4-6 weeks for international parcels to arrive and longer for countries with even stricter import/customs laws (i.e..Brazil/Russia). Please be patient - as this is something we cannot control.

TAXES AND DUTIES
We are required by customs authority to state the actual value of your order for all shipments. We will not be responsible nor can we control any customs or import duties applied to your package. If you refuse to accept your parcel due to these import/duty charges, and the parcel is returned to us, we will not be responsible for these costs and will recover these costs by deducting the relevant amount from any refund owed to you + 20% restocking fee.
USA customers will never be charged any state taxes on their orders. Canadian orders, however, will be subjected to federal and/or provincial taxes.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the she or he provides the correct shipping address during checkout. We will not be responsible for any items shipped to an incorrect/invalid address.

DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED
Cinderbloqcases.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, it will be your responsibility to contact USPS / Canada Post and your local postal office to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages that are confirmed delivered to your order address.
