7 DAY RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN / EXCHANGES
Currently, we allow returns for refunds or exchanges within 7 days of delivered package (according to tracking number). Please email us a request including your full name, order #, reason for return and whether you would like to return for a refund or exchange. When we receive and approve your request, we will email more details on where to send your returns.
Return & Exchange Guidelines
- Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, please contact us at: email@example.com for a Return Authorization Number. Please do not send your purchase back to the address indicated on your parcel or return your item before contacting us first. We will not honor any returns that have not been authorized by us.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Including, but not limited to, sale items, personal hygiene products, jewelry, swimwear, under garments, body suits, & shoes.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the initial Return Request.
To be eligible for a returns or exchange, all item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns for products that have been used, purchased on sale or with a promo code.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR THE FOLLOWING:
- any "Sale" items, including items with promo codes applied to the purchase.
- All items marked as Final Sale in product description(s).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved for an exchange, your replacement item(s) —will be shipped out within 3 days.
Please note that you will be responsible for your own return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact us before returning any items back to us. We will not accept any returns that have not been approved by us.
We do not accept C.O.D packages and will refuse delivery and have the item returned to you.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not be responsible for any lost returns.
If your purchase is proven to be defective or damaged in transit please email us within 24 hours of receipt (showing clearly through well lit photographs the damaged item) and we will arrange for a one-time exchange/reshipment of the same item only, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item. We will not honour any exchange/return of damaged goods sent after 24 hours.
WRONG ITEM SHIPPED DISCLAIMER
All orders are shipped according to the confirmation email you receive from us after placing your order. This confirmation email is your receipt itemizing ALL the items you have ordered and will receive from us. This is the only order information we will go by and the only proof of payment & proof of order we will accept. (No exceptions) Please check that this information is correct— as Cinderbloq Cases will hold no responsibility for any incorrect items shipped to you that have been confirmed by this confirmation email.
Note: This policy also extends to ALL orders placed with our third party vendors (i.e., Pinterest, Facebook etc...) outside of cinderbloqcases.com. Regardless of where you have placed your order, you will always receive a confirmation email from Cinderbloq Cases confirming your order. Please pay close attention to this as we will not be responsible for any incorrect item(s) shipped to you that have been confirmed by this confirmation email.
A store credit will be issued to you in the form of an E-Gift Card. This E-Gift card contains a unique series of alpha numeric numbers that you will enter into the 'Gift Card or Discount Code' box during checkout.
Store credit / E-Gift Card can only be used by the person/account to whom the Gift Card is issued. The monetary value of the Cinderbloq Cases Gift Card may be redeemed towards any product purchase on cinderbloqcases.com. Purchases made will be deducted from the Gift Card balance until the value reaches zero.
To check the value or balance of your Gift Card, please contact us with the account name and email address associated to your Gift Card(s). Before we can release this information, we will ask you some questions to verify your identity.
Note: Cinderbloq Cases will monitor all Store Credit/Gift Card uses so as to prevent unauthorized or fraudulent purchases and will assume all rights to cancel/suspend any unauthorized orders made with Gift Cards not associated to the rightful Gift Card account holder.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you have been approved for a refund, please allow up to 5 days for us to process your return and credit your account. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunded will be issued to you in the original form of payment
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Cinderbloqcases.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact USPS / Canada Post or your local postal office to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages that are confirmed delivered to your order address.
Upon inquiry, cinderbloqcases.com will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
